PUZZLE CORNER

The library offers a number of informal activities in its Puzzle Corner.

The tables across from the children’s section are usually free during library opening hours for board games, such as Chess, Scrabble, Backgammon, and Draughts

From 2.15pm daily, ‘Jigsaw Man’ David sets up the ongoing 1000 piece puzzle and is also available as an opponent or a helper for beginners.

On Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:30pm-4.45pm, chess (including an electronic board) is the main feature for children coming out of school, and any interested adults too.
